About the role
- Independent analysis, optimization and standardization of processes in the area of contract logistics
- Planning, controlling and implementation of process roll-outs at national and international sites
- Taking on (partial) project leadership within process optimization projects
- Close cooperation with specialist departments and interdisciplinary project teams
- Identification and realization of improvement potentials using Lean Management and Six Sigma methods
- Documentation and sustainable assurance of process quality
Requirements
- Successfully completed university degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics or a comparable qualification
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in process management, ideally in contract logistics
- Knowledge of and practical experience with Lean Management and Six Sigma desirable
- Experience in leading (sub-)projects
- Very good analytical and conceptual skills
- Confident handling of digital tools, ideally knowledge of PowerApps, SharePoint and no-code/low-code programming
- Willingness to travel up to 75% (national and international)
- Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; independent and structured way of working
