About the role
- Lead and manage BDMs and Telesales teams to achieve consistent performance
- Ensure 100%+ achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct weekly reviews, coaching sessions, and performance tracking
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, and continuous training of sales team
- Ensure complete CRM compliance using HubSpot
- Own regional revenue targets across new properties, licenses, and LTV
- Drive growth in ARPA and MRR
- Maintain a healthy 3× sales pipeline at all times
- Reduce churn and improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Build strong relationships with hotel owners, GMs, and key decision-makers
- Work closely with Implementation and Support teams for smooth onboarding and adoption
- Expand company presence across key regions in the Philippines
- Close enterprise and multi-property hotel group deals (5+ properties)
- Build partnerships with hotel associations and tourism bodies
- Provide accurate weekly and monthly sales forecasts
- Share market feedback and insights with Product, Marketing, and Support teams
- Ensure timely reporting and adherence to internal processes
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in SaaS, B2B, or Hospitality Technology sales
- Proven track record of managing sales teams and exceeding targets
- Strong knowledge of the Philippines hospitality market
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
- Willingness to travel across regions as required
