  • Results-Driven Mindset: Ability to multitask, implement processes, and adapt to change.
  • Hands-On Leadership: Comfortable splitting time between field one-on-one ride alongs, and office leadership (80/20).
  • Availability: Ready to assist, even on nights and weekends.
