About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own early go-to-market execution: community development, content strategy, strategic partnerships and targeted outreach campaigns
- Build and manage relationships with design partners and early customers across creator, studio and agency segments; recruit and organize participants for ongoing product research and testing
- Drive early commercial conversations and create structured channels for market feedback
- Collaborate with product leadership to develop and execute positioning and messaging, turning technical strengths into clear customer value and narratives
- Provide clear, structured market feedback that supports product decision-making and execution speed
- Track the competitive landscape: emerging GenAI creative tools, workflows and user expectations
- Represent GenPeach externally with confidence, credibility and strong EQ
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–8+ years in GTM, partnerships, growth or client-facing roles (proven experience serving professional creatives at creative tools companies, agencies, creator platforms, or production studios is a plus)
- Proven experience in at least one motion: B2B partnerships/sales (pilots, early deals) and/or B2C growth (creator/prosumer funnels, community building)
- Strong customer-facing skills: discovery, value articulation, relationship management, and user engagement
- Hands-on, execution-driven mindset with ability to operate independently
- 1–2+ years exposure to GenAI products or workflows (hands-on usage and curiosity for newest tools and models)
- Experience building early-stage go-to-market systems from scratch (content, community, partnerships, outreach)
- Experience at GenAI or AI-first startups
- Comfort using AI tools/agents for productivity (automation, outreach, research, content, analytics)
- Technical enough to understand model capabilities and engage in product discussions
