About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Internal Payments Consulting – optimize and streamline payment operations across businesses;
  • Payment Infrastructure Performance – enhance efficiency and scalability;
  • Risk Guidance & Management – proactively mitigate financial risks
  • Business Development: market analysis of payment providers, searching for opportunities to expand and diversify the portfolio of payment methods and negotiate with payment providers & international banks;

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in payment solutions, PSP operations, or fintech.
  • 2+ years of experience in a managerial role
  • Understanding of payment infrastructure, risk management, and compliance regulations (PSD2, AML, PCI DSS).
  • Experience working in companies with a subscription-based business model.
  • Proven experience in structuring complex business challenges, conducting market and competitor analysis, and driving data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling, business case development, and performance analytics.
  • Ability to build and optimize business processes, improving operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional projects, collaborating with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
  • High-level communication and negotiation skills, ability to influence and drive business decisions.
  • Nice to have: Experience in management consulting (Big-3, Big-4, or other top-tier firms).
  • Background in high-growth tech companies or venture-backed startups.
