Key responsibilities & impact

Own the path from creative to landing to the first in-app experience — across web and mobile.
Build new funnels, optimize existing ones, and scale what works.
Define what 'good experimentation' looks like at Promova: hypothesis → prioritization → launch → learning → playbook.
Build a shared context across creative, UAM, and product, so every funnel ships with consistent messaging, metrics, and post-click experience.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years in Growth / Product / Product Marketing, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
Hands-on experience owning B2C subscription funnels (web and/or mobile) — from creative to purchase, including onboarding and retention.
Strong analytics chops — experience with funnel and journey analysis, cohort analysis, incrementality testing, A/B testing, attribution models, and working with product analytics tools.
