About the role
- Provide strategic and clinical leadership for all Early Intervention services
- Ensure compliance with NYSDOH regulations, audits, and data reporting requirements
- Supervise and support clinical and administrative staff, including service coordinators and therapists
- Oversee referrals, evaluations, IFSP coordination, and service implementation
- Maintain and manage municipal contracts and external vendor relationships
- Lead provider recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management
- Monitor program quality, outcomes, productivity, utilization, and compliance metrics
- Collaborate with executive leadership on program development, growth strategy, and expansion
- Ensure adherence to HIPAA, Medicaid, and organizational quality assurance standards
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a clinical or human services field (Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Special Education, Public Health, or related discipline)
- Minimum of 5–7 years of professional experience within New York State’s Early Intervention system
- Demonstrated experience in leadership, supervision, or program management
- Strong working knowledge of NYS EI regulations, billing systems, compliance requirements, and municipal contracting
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and manage teams in a remote environment
