About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborating with business units to identify, document, and prioritize AI use cases based on business value, feasibility, and risk.
  • Translating business needs into clear functional and technical requirements for AI applications and AI agents.
  • Supporting the rollout of AI solutions through pilots, proofs of concept, onboarding, and enablement activities.
  • Guiding users in the creation and setup of personal or role-based AI agents.
  • Ensuring AI initiatives align with governance, security, compliance, and data protection requirements.
  • Working closely with IT Security, Legal, Compliance, and technical teams to support responsible AI adoption.
  • Contributing to the controlled and scalable introduction of AI capabilities across the organization.
  • Supporting change management and user adoption initiatives related to AI technologies.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of experience in business analysis, digital transformation, AI enablement, or product management roles
  • Hands-on involvement in AI, automation, or digital innovation initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of AI concepts, AI application lifecycle, and enterprise IT environments
  • Experience working with business stakeholders to define and prioritize use cases
  • Solid understanding of data protection, security, and compliance considerations for AI solutions
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Bonus Points: Experience within Microsoft 365 or Azure ecosystems, Certifications related to Microsoft AI, Azure, Product Management, or Change Management, German language skills, Experience supporting AI agent creation or enterprise AI adoption programs.
