About the role

  • Designing and implementing robust test architectures for Conversational AI, MCP, and GenAI integrations.
  • Creating and maintaining automated test cases for conversational interfaces and AI-driven workflows.
  • Validating NLP/NLU models through end-to-end, functional, and ethical testing approaches.

Requirements

  • Extensive hands-on experience testing Conversational AI / Chatbots (e.g., Cognigy, AI agents, live agents), with at least 2 relevant projects in the last 5 years.
  • Proven expertise in test architecture design for MCP and GenAI integrations (minimum 2 project references).
  • Strong background in automated testing for conversational interfaces, including tool-based implementations.
  • Solid understanding of AI testing methodologies, including NLP/NLU validation, end-to-end testing, and ethical considerations.
  • English proficiency, clear communication is essential.
  • German language skills (B1 level).
