About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the comprehensive Docebo architecture and shape the digital experience of teacher learning
  • Maintain UX standards and resolve technical and programmatic inconsistencies
  • Develop and own internal workflows connecting product experiences to systems such as Tableau, Google, and Salesforce
  • Manage the learning product feature roadmap using the strategic plan, user feedback, and insights
  • Lead and maintain system integrations so workflows remain reliable at scale
  • Audit platform processes, identify operational bottlenecks, and implement system optimizations
  • Translate evaluation questions into measurable LMS metrics
  • Align curriculum and e-learning course data with organization-wide impact measures
  • Build shared dashboards and reporting from Docebo for the Program & Impact team
  • Deliver internal training to improve organizational data literacy
  • Collaborate with the Director, Instructional Design, to translate instructional content into Docebo
  • Establish and maintain LMS workflow documentation and Standard Operating Procedures
  • Run strategic learning systems meetings and set operating platform policies
  • Resolve technical tradeoffs and address cross-functional friction points
  • Lead communication infrastructure for complex projects and stakeholder alignment
  • Report directly to the Chief Strategy Officer and partner closely with the Chief Operating Officer

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Demonstrated experience in the K-12 or education technology space
  • Deep understanding of translating pedagogical goals into intuitive, user-centered digital experiences
  • 2+ years of dedicated product management experience overseeing an LMS, preferably Docebo or a comparable learning technology stack
  • Expertise managing product roadmaps
  • Experience handling complex third-party software integrations
  • Experience establishing UX consistency
  • Ability to translate evaluation questions into software metrics
  • Ability to configure dashboards and maintain unsiloed data pipelines
  • Exceptional relationship management and change management skills
  • Strong project and portfolio management skills
  • Track record of managing competing priorities while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
  • Experience navigating organizational change, managing stakeholder resistance, building cross-departmental alignment, and translating strategic priorities into practice
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau or comparable data visualization tools, and Qualtrics or similar survey platforms
  • Ability to travel no more than 30% of the time for in-person team days, retreats, events, meetings, conferences, and other activities
  • Ability to complete the application and attach a resume and cover letter
