About the role
- You will handle outbound and inbound calls to customers
- Build loyalty among Generali clients by providing high-quality advice
- Support field Sales Advisors by scheduling qualified appointments
- Make your own sales of certain Generali insurance products
- Call clients on behalf of Sales Advisors to book qualified appointments on their behalf
- Conduct reviews of insurance needs and ensure customer satisfaction
- Generate additional sales by phone (auto insurance, home insurance, personal accident cover, etc.)
- Participate in information campaigns and update customer data and knowledge within the CRM
Requirements
- A proactive, driven attitude with a desire to take on a new commercial challenge in a recently established and fast-growing department
- Comfortable using computer and telephone tools
- Proficient in remote/telephone sales techniques
- Willingness to contribute to the development of an activity in a small-team environment
- Note: experience in customer relations and/or sales is required
