Key responsibilities & impact

Deploy, configure, and maintain VMware NSX
Implement and enforce NSX security policies
Design, deploy, and manage VMware vSphere
Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity, performance, and security
Integrate virtual networks with physical infrastructure
Support high-priority operations during evenings or weekends

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related Science or Mathematics field
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Department of Defense Secret security clearance
U.S. citizenship required
3+ years of hands-on experience with virtualization and networking
Active 8570 certification (Security+, CISSP, GSEC, etc.)
Active VMware VCP (VCF Administrator/Architect, DCV, or NV)
Strong experience with VMware NSX, vSphere, ESXi, NetApp storage, Windows Server, and SQL Server
Solid understanding of HA, DRS, storage concepts, vMotion, and network troubleshooting
