Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage daily site maintenance including plugin and theme updates, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and security monitoring

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–4 years of WordPress experience, including site maintenance, custom themes and plugins, site speed, and troubleshooting
  • Love problem solving and finding cleaner, faster ways to work
  • Have experimented with automation tools like Zapier, Make, or custom scripts, or are eager to learn
  • Are curious about APIs, webhooks, and how systems connect
  • Want mentorship, structure, and a clear path to grow into a Web plus AI and Automation hybrid role
  • Communicate well and thrive in a collaborative, flexible environment
