About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and deliver campaigns that support new business, customer growth and retention
- Create content people actually want to read - articles, customer stories, case studies, email campaigns, social and product updates
- Run our webinar programme from idea through to promotion, delivery and follow-up
- Find brilliant customer stories and turn them into content, campaigns and proof points
- Support account-based and customer marketing that deepens existing relationships
- Manage website content, email marketing, nurture flows, SEO basics and social
- Support product launches and the quarterly "What's New" update
- Help with event and conference marketing, including our annual Gecko Forum
- Sharpen our reporting so we know what's working and what isn't
- Use AI to lift quality, speed, creativity and output
- Work with designers, agencies and suppliers where you need them
Requirements
What you’ll need- A strong all-round SaaS B2B marketer who's ready for more ownership
- A brilliant writer who knows how to tell a story
- Commercial - you get how marketing turns into pipeline, expansion and revenue
- Naturally curious - you'll happily jump on a customer call and turn what you hear into ideas
- AI-first - it's your everyday toolkit, not a novelty
- Organised, proactive, and good at juggling priorities
- Higher Education or EdTech experience would be lovely, but it's not essential
