Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid senior engineering experience in a fast-moving product environment
Strong backend fundamentals with capability to reason through complex systems
Experience in PHP/Laravel preferred, but instincts matter more than current language
Actively using AI in workflow and problem-solving
Collaboration with Product team and ability to challenge assumptions without turning it into theatre
Comfortable with fast pace and shifting priorities
