Workplace Engineer

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze workstation performance metrics
- Identify optimization and remediation opportunities
- Investigate user-reported pain points
- Detect and analyze anomalies using metrics, incidents, and technical logs
- Define and drive corrective action plans
- Coordinate remediation implementation with relevant teams
- Act as the interface with Level 3 support teams
- Produce detailed or summary reporting as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 5 to 8 years' experience in workstation / workplace engineering environments
- Excellent knowledge of Windows 11 environments
- Proven expertise in PowerShell
- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize information
- Good familiarity with workstation diagnostic tools
