About the role

  • translates business requirements from high-level concepts into implementation-ready technical specifications for software development
  • analyzes and coordinates requirements with business units, architects, developers and other stakeholders
  • creates and maintains technical designs, user stories, acceptance criteria and accompanying documentation
  • works with development teams to ensure requirements are technically feasible and clearly defined
  • provides technical support during implementation and resolves open questions
  • identifies opportunities to optimize requirement elicitation and preparation and develops best practices
  • acts as an effective communication bridge between business and IT

Requirements

  • degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics
  • at least five years of experience in software development or software architecture
  • solid skills in requirements analysis and translating between business and IT language
  • experience with agile methods, user stories, acceptance criteria and modern development processes
  • technical expertise in Java / Spring Boot, container technologies (OpenShift, Kubernetes) and software architectures
  • proficient with modeling techniques (UML, BPMN, C4, Structurizr DSL) and tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • strong communication skills, decisiveness and the ability to explain complex topics clearly
  • structured, solution-oriented and facilitative working style
