About the role
- Execute payroll processes supported by SAP
- Contribute to process optimizations in Compensation and Benefits
- Analyze and further process HR data
- Prepare and produce reports
- Close collaboration with Controlling and Financial Accounting
- Support budgeting and year-end closing
- Manage company pension schemes and pension provisions
- Close collaboration in time management/timekeeping processes
Requirements
- At least five years of relevant professional experience
- Commercial education or training with a focus on HR
- Solid knowledge of social security and tax law
- Confident handling of payroll systems (e.g., SAP environment)
- Organized and analytical mindset
- Ability to work independently and act in a goal- and solution-oriented manner
- High reliability, discretion, and personable communication
