About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and implement the secure enterprise infrastructure and guide corporate cybersecurity governance.
- Create policies, standards and procedures for infrastructure hardening, identity access management, and incident response.
- Integrate logging, monitoring, and telemetry into a centralized security information and event management (SIEM) tool.
- Perform data mapping to ensure compliance with global data privacy and security regulation.
- Develop and refine incident policies and procedures and lead preparedness exercises.
- Review, define and maintain secure reference architectures across virtualization, networking, identity, and operating systems.
- Ensure infrastructure security aligns with network segmentation, firewalls, routing, DNS, and load balancing.
- Conduct threat modeling and architectural risk assessments for major initiatives.
- Participate in the Change Advisory Board and provide guidance to infrastructure changes.
- Serve as a technical escalation point for complex cross-domain security issues.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure and security architecture.
- Expertise in Microsoft Azure architecture and/or other IaaS, PaaS platforms.
- Strong knowledge of identity systems, access control models, encryption, and secrets management.
- Experience translating NIST CSF, ISO 27001, or other security frameworks into best practices.
- Experience participating in architecture governance and influencing senior leadership decisions.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, or TOGAF.
- Relevant experience using SIEM tools such as Splunk, DataDog, ELK, Microsoft Sentinel.
