About the role
- You will expand our B2B lead and demand generation from the ground up
- You are responsible for input and output: budget, campaigns, leads, pipeline
- You will work closely with the executive team and sales
- You will deliver quick wins while simultaneously building structure
- You are hands-on (setups, campaigns, landing pages, tests)
- Plan, execute and optimize performance campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Meta)
- Build a clear B2B funnel (Lead → MQL → SQL)
- Manage content and website with a clear conversion logic
- Reporting and KPI tracking (CPL, CAC, conversion, pipeline contribution)
- Prioritize and coordinate a small team (working students, web admin)
- Close alignment with sales and executive management
Requirements
- Several years of experience in B2B performance/growth marketing
- Proven track record in lead generation (no buzzwords)
- Hands-on mentality: you can execute tasks yourself
- Strong numerical affinity and ownership for results
- Experience building processes under unclear/ambiguous conditions
- Willingness to take responsibility and deliver visible results
