About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct management diagnostics and identify improvement opportunities in client businesses;
- Support the structuring of processes, routines and operational standards;
- Monitor performance indicators and client progress;
- Develop action plans aimed at operational, financial and managerial improvement;
- Assist managers and business owners in decision-making;
- Lead follow-up meetings and strategic alignment sessions;
- Advise leaders and teams on operational organization and management best practices;
- Work on improving productivity, organization and operational efficiency;
- Record follow-ups and project progress in the CRM;
- Maintain close client relationships and continuously monitor the execution of agreed plans.
Requirements
