About the role
- Gather, document and communicate user requirements for medium to large size projects of average to significant complexity.
- Work closely with the project team, including product owner to ensure requirements are understood and deliverables are aligned with project objectives.
- Lead stakeholder management discussion to ensure alignment, get buy-in or consensus.
- Drive collaboration with other teams and departments.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing user, functional and technical requirements for medium to large size projects of average to significant complexity for products across their strategic channel.
- Able to identify and contribute to the resolution of both basic and ancillary discrepancies and conflicts in application(s) requirements.
- Able to work closely with project team, including multiple stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and deliverables are aligned with long-term business objectives as well as project objectives.
- Demonstrate proficient use and knowledge of engineering and project management tools.
- Must demonstrate advanced understanding of business analysis principles/methodologies and possesses the ability to adapt practices to meet business climate and needs.
- Demonstrate strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in a large team or departmental setting.
- Demonstrate general knowledge and/or awareness of the following concepts: SQL Databases, client-server requests, HTTP Methods, APIs.
- Experience in successful implementation of technology solutions.
- Consistent demonstration of quality and effectiveness in work documentation and organization.
- Demonstrate a professional approach to situations in which conflict is present.
- Bachelor in Computer Science, or another relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
- Experience with web based projects.
