About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Join the Finance Solutions Development team and drive data-driven reporting, automation, and dashboard solutions in an international environment supporting Finance and senior stakeholders.
Structure, transform and model data to ensure it is suitable for reporting and dashboarding purposes.
Design-structure and execute all reporting needs of Finance.
Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
Design, develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI or similar BI tools.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency and reconciliation across different systems and reporting sources.
Write, optimize and maintain MS SQL queries and scripts to extract, transform and analyse data.
Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency improvements and reporting standardization.
Collaborate closely with Finance, Risk, IT.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in management reporting, financial controlling, FP&A, or similar analytical roles.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret, challenge and clearly explain financial and management information.
Proven experience in preparing reports and analyses for senior management.
High level of accuracy, structure and attention to detail.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple deliverables.
Hands-on experience in automating workflows using Python, SQL.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access.
Strong experience with Power BI or similar BI / dashboard tools, including: End-to-end dashboard development.
Experience with data automation, reporting optimization and data quality improvement is a strong plus.
Experience in project management as a leading role and Experienced with Agile, Scrum methodologies.
