About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Utilize experience to support assigned collegiate chapters’ recruitment needs.
Coach chapters in representing themselves within campus Panhellenic guidelines.
Collaborate with recruitment team for ongoing planning and biding processes.
Provide guidance on recruitment reports and attend meetings as necessary.
Liaise with regional team members and complete chapter recruitment visits.

Commitment to participate in chapter recruitment activities and evaluate plans and results.
