About the role

  • Responsible for the commercialization and media strategy for Gamers Club media and products, such as championships, events, productions, broadcasts, special projects, etc.
  • Responsible for monitoring commercial deliverables.
  • Responsible for client service, including upsell opportunities.
  • Responsible for the final report to the client.
  • Co-responsible for supporting commercial deliverables negotiated with partners.
  • Develop and execute strategies to identify, evaluate, negotiate, and close new business opportunities with potential clients.
  • Identify and build relationships with potential partners.
  • Negotiate with clients, ensuring all commercial terms align with financial expectations.
  • Manage client relationships, including questions, complaints, suggestions and feedback.
  • Organize commercial requests and workflow with internal teams.
  • Prepare briefs, distribute them and follow up with the planning team.
  • Develop delivery controls and ensure that negotiated deliverables are executed.
  • Monitor and update the status of commercial proposals, including providing updates and defining deadlines with the commercial team.
  • Request and review media proposals for Gamers Club assets.
  • Map opportunities with clients or partners to receive briefs.
  • Attend events and accompany relevant and/or strategic clients.

Requirements

  • Experience in digital media sales.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Advertising and/or related fields.
  • Experience working at a media outlet or platform.
  • Knowledge of CRM management tools.
  • Differentials (not required, but a PLUS):
  • Existing relationships with brands and partners in the games and esports market.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Familiarity with the games and esports market.
  • Experience and case studies with games and technology-focused projects.
