Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience working in a metric driven environment
  • Experience using multiple monitors and systems
  • Experience working in the Healthcare Industry / Medicaid specifically
  • Experience meeting Service Level Agreements and contractual obligations
  • Ability to learn and ask questions to be independent
  • Dedicated home office or private workspace with a door
  • Broadband Internet connection with a minimum speed of 24 MBS download and 8 MBS upload
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
