Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience working in a metric driven environment
Experience using multiple monitors and systems
Experience working in the Healthcare Industry / Medicaid specifically
Experience meeting Service Level Agreements and contractual obligations
Ability to learn and ask questions to be independent
Dedicated home office or private workspace with a door
Broadband Internet connection with a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload
Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to maintain focus, meet performance expectations, and adhere to company policies while working remotely
