Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 9+ years of experience managing complex projects, programs or initiatives through a full project management life cycle
  • 3 or more years of Medicaid or Medicare experience preferred
  • Proven experience leading complex, multi-workstream programs from initiation to completion
  • Ability to define program goals, success metrics, and long-term strategic plans
  • Experience translating organizational objectives into actionable execution roadmaps
  • Strong background coordinating multiple related projects for alignment and integrated delivery
  • Ability to develop and manage program plans, schedules, and resource allocations
  • Track record of monitoring progress, identifying issues early, and implementing mitigation strategies
  • Experience ensuring high-quality deliverables meet program scope, requirements, and standards
  • Strong communication skills across engineering, operations, business, and senior leadership
  • Experience leading steering committees, executive updates, and program reviews
  • Ability to manage diverse stakeholder expectations and drive alignment at all levels
  • Proven ability to identify, evaluate, and track risks, blockers, and dependencies
