Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate a business analyst team’s duties and activities on IT projects
Provide guidance and support to newer team members
Define, document, and share business requirements and expected impact with clients, project managers, and technical staff
Develop business specifications at the start of technical projects
Analyze, plan, design, document, or recommend improvements to business processes supporting clients’ technology goals
Approve and validate test results to verify requirements have been met
Use Excel or SQL to quantify anticipated business impact

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of Business Analyst experience
3+ years supporting Medicaid and Medicare programs preferred
Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare regulations, financial controls, audit requirements, and compliance standards
Experience analyzing and documenting financial business processes, including claims payment, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, reconciliation, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
Advanced analytical and data validation skills
Ability to validate financial calculations, payment accuracy, and system outputs through detailed analysis
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, SQL, reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, and requirements management tools such as ALM
Understanding of technology and systems concepts, including configuration, development, batch processing, and translating business requirements into technical solutions
Video cameras required during all interviews and the initial week of orientation
Must be located in the contiguous United States
