About the role
- Lead end-to-end application development lifecycle including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and QA teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical reviews and best practices.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security protocols, and performance benchmarks.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and provide root cause analysis and resolution.
- Document technical specifications and maintain system documentation.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in .NET Core, REST APIs, SQL Server, and GitHub.
- Proficiency in ASP.net, MVC, JavaScript, SQL/Oracle is a plus.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
- Understanding the agile or Safe process through JIRA/ADO
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Certifications in Microsoft technologies or Agile methodologies are a plus.
- Experience in healthcare, CRM, or enterprise call center application domains is desirable.
