About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create engaging instructional materials for eLearning, virtual classroom, and instructor-led training environments
Partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to conduct needs assessments and identify learning objectives
Develop storyboards, course content, learning activities, assessments, and supporting materials
Create interactive, visually engaging, and accessible digital learning experiences using eLearning authoring tools
Manage multiple instructional design projects and priorities while improving content and methodologies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification preferred
Three to five years of instructional design experience preferred
Working knowledge of eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia
Strong knowledge of instructional design models and principles, storyboarding, course development, and assessment design
Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and project-management skills
Experience supporting training transformation or system implementation launches
Portfolio of instructional design work are preferred
