Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in keeping projects moving to deliver better health and human services outcomes
Lead one or more large project management teams as they tackle technological programs
Spearhead project planning, tracking and oversight of assigned staff
Communicate with client, company and project team leadership to share project metrics
Create project schedules, program definitions, budgets and objectives
Actively project manage across non-direct reports, escalating risks and implementing mitigation solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

9+ years of experience managing complex projects, programs or initiatives
3+ years of Medicaid or Medicare experience preferred
Expertise with project management methodology such as Catalyst or PMP
Modern understanding of budget development, control and assurance methods
Ability to lead and translate broader objectives into clear project scope and milestones
Strong executive presentation skills
Influential communication with project priorities to stakeholders
