About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Help create the power in Gainwell’s processes as we develop purpose-built technologies and solutions.
- Communicate with clients and translate their business needs into simpler non-technical language.
- Monitor queues and reports for the call center.
- Perform extensive research independently and review data while working on multiple projects.
- Help analyze and document systems requirements and business processes.
- Build basic conceptual data and process models.
- Verify client requirements through executing and analyzing basic test case scenarios.
- Follow written policies, operating and maintenance instructions, and guidelines.
- Be part of technical reviews and inspections with senior leaders.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills to assess business needs and triage bugs and defects
- 2-3 years of working experience in healthcare, enrollment, credentialing, or related fields
- Basic understanding of software such as Microsoft Office
- Clear and effective oral and written communication skills with an ability to work in a professional team environment.
