About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Help create the power in Gainwell’s processes as we develop purpose-built technologies and solutions.
Communicate with clients and translate their business needs into simpler non-technical language.
Monitor queues and reports for the call center.
Perform extensive research independently and review data while working on multiple projects.
Help analyze and document systems requirements and business processes.
Build basic conceptual data and process models.
Verify client requirements through executing and analyzing basic test case scenarios.
Follow written policies, operating and maintenance instructions, and guidelines.
Be part of technical reviews and inspections with senior leaders.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or equivalent
Basic analytical and problem-solving skills to assess business needs and triage bugs and defects
2-3 years of working experience in healthcare, enrollment, credentialing, or related fields
Basic understanding of software such as Microsoft Office
Clear and effective oral and written communication skills with an ability to work in a professional team environment.
