- Oversee end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring adherence to best practices and timelines.
- Manage change control processes and ensure smooth implementation of system updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct critical analysis and problem-solving to address complex technical and functional challenges.
- Support and enhance existing applications and systems.
- Drive continuous improvement in release cadence and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to strategic planning and roadmap development for technical initiatives.
- Strengthen our capabilities as you design, develop, install, test and document applications software.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of experience in application and user interface development
- programming with .NET, C#, and Oracle
- Proficient in: SQL / PLSQL, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, Web Service Development
- Previous experience with interChange MMIS is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business language
- In-depth knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Change management and release planning
- Organizational and project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve complex problems
- Conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions
- Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
