About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support workforce planning, staffing alignment, forecasting, and resource management activities across accounts, functional teams, and project delivery organizations.
- Analyze workforce demand, staffing projections, utilization, billability, and resource allocation to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Identify staffing gaps, fulfillment risks, and resource constraints; partner with leaders to implement solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, account stakeholders, and supplier partners to align workforce supply with business demand and staffing priorities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of experience in workforce management, resource planning, project management, delivery operations, or related business disciplines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret workforce data, identify trends, assess risks, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including data analysis, reporting, and PivotTables.
