Handle phone calls and e-mails from KMAP providers related to provider enrollment topics
Manage multiple tasks and be able to function with strict timelines with minimal supervision
Adhere to strict time frames for processing applications and monitoring outstanding tasks
Responsible for recognizing issues reported by callers that need to be escalated and completing the escalation process
