About the role
- design, develop, and maintain scalable SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and data pipelines
- build dynamic dashboards and reports in Power BI
- analyze claims data to identify patterns of waste, fraud, and abuse
- collaborate with leadership and other teams to deliver data-driven insights
- analyze month-end performance data and support forecasting
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with SQL Server, Teradata, T-SQL, stored procedures, and performance tuning
- extensive experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, visualization)
- proven ability to work with healthcare claims data
- skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and data storytelling
