Monitors and tracks operational projects across multiple business units to ensure timely completion and compliance with contractual requirements.
Conducts data analysis, auditing, and reporting to identify trends, maintain accuracy, and provide actionable insights for leadership and clients.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or G.E.D. required
Three or more years of experience in business process service delivery, preferably within an outsourcing environment
Experience working in Medicaid or other health insurance environments
Strong proficiency with personal computers and business software applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
