Key responsibilities & impact

Support Gainwell in developing innovative, purpose-built technologies and solutions
Lead project management teams on components of a larger technological program
Help oversee functional individual contributors by delegating work and providing direction
Manage project schedules and scope, assist in creating the project budget
Identify and mitigate risk through status reporting and updates
Manage client, company, and project team expectations for performance
Prepare detailed SOW for clients and gain acceptance and stakeholder approval

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years experience managing complex projects, programs or initiatives
Knowledge of project management methodology such as Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
Knowledge of budget development, control and assurance methods
Ability to translate broader program objectives into clear and achievable project milestones
Strong written and oral communication skills
Influencer who can communicate project priorities and motivate others
Multitasker who can manage across multiple tasks simultaneously
