Oversight of all contract compliance and audit activities
Develop and coordinate contract monitoring performance standards
Produce monthly status reports on contract monitoring conditions
Work with State and Gainwell Leadership on management areas
Train and reinforce understanding of contract compliance to new staff and leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in accounting, Business Management, Computer Sciences, or equivalent
6+ years of Audit/Compliance experience preferred
Expertise in creating positive changes in process improvement and contract compliance
Exceptional interpersonal communication skills (writing, listening, speaking, presenting)
Fluent in English
Healthcare or insurance industry experience is preferred
Prior Medicare/Medicaid State experience is a plus
