Key responsibilities & impact

Serves as a Quality Assurance (QA) subject matter expert for the Customer Experience (CX) organization
Performs quality evaluations across all channels
Analyzes evidence to assess quality and improve performance
Provides hands-on support for DDIs, GTGs, and projects
Serves as peer coach, mentor, and provides work guidance
Collects and analyzes quality and defect metrics

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years Quality Assurance subject matter experiences
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Deep healthcare operations expertise
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Hands-on change management planning and execution experience
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Skilled at working independently and as part of a team
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and software applications
