Key responsibilities & impact- Serves as a Quality Assurance (QA) subject matter expert for the Customer Experience (CX) organization
- Performs quality evaluations across all channels
- Analyzes evidence to assess quality and improve performance
- Provides hands-on support for DDIs, GTGs, and projects
- Serves as peer coach, mentor, and provides work guidance
- Collects and analyzes quality and defect metrics
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years Quality Assurance subject matter experiences
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Deep healthcare operations expertise
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Hands-on change management planning and execution experience
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Skilled at working independently and as part of a team
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and software applications
