About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Owns, prioritizes, and maintains the product backlog
- Acts as the primary contact for stakeholders to translate business needs into detailed user stories
- Defines and communicates the product roadmap
- Works with developers to clarify requirements, prioritize bugs, and facilitate Agile ceremonies
- Accepts completed work and ensures the product meets regulatory requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years in Product Ownership, Product Management, or Agile delivery
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Proficient with Agile management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence or similar)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks, product life cycles, and user experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Additional qualifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) preferred
- Ability to understand technical constraints (e.g., APIs, system architecture)
- Specific experience in fields like Healthcare (EMR, HIPAA), Finance, or Manufacturing
