Key responsibilities & impact

Owns, prioritizes, and maintains the product backlog
Acts as the primary contact for stakeholders to translate business needs into detailed user stories
Defines and communicates the product roadmap
Works with developers to clarify requirements, prioritize bugs, and facilitate Agile ceremonies
Accepts completed work and ensures the product meets regulatory requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years in Product Ownership, Product Management, or Agile delivery
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
Proficient with Agile management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence or similar)
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks, product life cycles, and user experience
Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
Additional qualifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) preferred
Ability to understand technical constraints (e.g., APIs, system architecture)
Specific experience in fields like Healthcare (EMR, HIPAA), Finance, or Manufacturing
