Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure that the delivery of the service or technical solution meets contractual specifications
Shape and drive strategies to ensure company's delivery model remains competitive
Lead global service operations with a focus on quality and consistency of delivery
Develop and maintain a strategy for leveraged service centers
Evaluate effectiveness of company performance in relation to contracts
Recommend methods to increase performance and delivery standards
Oversee delivery assurance reporting
Partner with legal and financial teams for compliance assessment
Direct, manage, develop and oversee budget
Collaborate with executives to ensure alignment of processes and technology

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Twenty or more years of related experience
Fifteen or more years in a supervisory or management capacity
Experience working with product and services delivery in a global environment
Experience working in a global organization of size, scope and complexity
Experience working with management implications of various forms of financial data and contracts/service agreements
