About the role
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) and other Quality Measures to support Medicaid and enterprise healthcare data needs.
- Align product initiatives with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and customer needs to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business and regulatory requirements into technical specifications for the Quality Measures product.
- Work closely with IT, analytics, and compliance teams to establish priorities, manage timelines, and ensure seamless execution of data initiatives.
- Drive the delivery of the Quality Measures results for each customer.
- Drive the product roadmap, ensuring scalability, security, and performance of Quality Measures while maintaining adherence to HIPAA and Medicaid data standards.
Requirements
- 10+ years as a Product Owner / Product Management or similar role in healthcare quality measures and analytics, preferably within Medicaid solutions.
- Experience with healthcare data (e.g., claims, EHR, Medicaid/Medicare) and regulatory standards like HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, and CDA.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS), CMS Core Set measures, and other Quality Measures.
- Strong knowledge of different sets of quality measures, including HEDIS and CMS Core Sets, BI tools, and analytics.
- Proven ability to manage product roadmaps, backlog prioritization, Agile development, and collaboration with engineering, analytics, and compliance teams.
