About the role

  • Contribute skills as we harness technology to help clients improve health and well-being
  • Responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining solutions on the ServiceNow platform
  • Work with stakeholders to translate requirements into efficient applications through scripting, workflow creation, and integrations
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and identify root causes

Requirements

  • 7+ years of ServiceNow design, development, implementation and maintenance experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in SNOW modules like ITSM, CSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, GRC, SecOps etc.
  • Proven ability to set up ServiceNow using Business Rules, Client Scripts, sophisticated UI Policies, Flow Designer, ACLs, Script Includes, and UI Scripts to meet needs
  • Expertise with REST/SOAP APIs to integrate ServiceNow with other IT systems
