About the role
- Assisting members applying for Medicaid services through the member portal
- Providing friendly and general technical support to callers
- Assisting with user/password resets
- Entering data sent in by members to assist in determining eligibility
- Contributing to problem identification and resolution
- Interpreting, auditing, and reconciling reports for accuracy or completeness
- Preparing and maintaining standard reports for management and clients
Requirements
- Outstanding customer service with call center background a plus
- Ability to multitask and work with multiple computer applications
- Good internet service is required for all positions
- Experience working with client company products and services
- Bilingual a plus
