About the role

  • Assisting members applying for Medicaid services through the member portal
  • Providing friendly and general technical support to callers
  • Assisting with user/password resets
  • Entering data sent in by members to assist in determining eligibility
  • Contributing to problem identification and resolution
  • Interpreting, auditing, and reconciling reports for accuracy or completeness
  • Preparing and maintaining standard reports for management and clients

Requirements

  • Outstanding customer service with call center background a plus
  • Ability to multitask and work with multiple computer applications
  • Good internet service is required for all positions
  • Experience working with client company products and services
  • Bilingual a plus
