Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a business analyst
- 2+ years of Health and Human Services experience preferred
- 2+ years of experience with Contact Center software/solutions, AWS Connect required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, verbal and written
- Knowledge of advanced Microsoft Excel features such as macros and/or relational database software
