Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a business analyst
  • 2+ years of Health and Human Services experience preferred
  • 2+ years of experience with Contact Center software/solutions, AWS Connect required
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, verbal and written
  • Knowledge of advanced Microsoft Excel features such as macros and/or relational database software
