About the role
- Responsible for the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise workstations and server infrastructure
- Support both on-premises and cloud environments
- Lead workstation and server deployments, patching, upgrades, and vulnerability remediation
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot performance issues, and coordinate with vendors
- Maintain secure configurations via Intune and SCCM
- Participate in disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity planning
- Manage hybrid environments across Azure, AWS, VMware, and Hyper-V
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and optimize performance
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in production environments with Windows/Intel systems
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, NTP, and core networking protocols (TCP/IP)
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and SCCM for deployment and compliance
- Proficient in managing virtual environments using VMware or Hyper-V
- Familiar with hardware management interfaces such as iLO and HBA
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, hybrid infrastructures)
- Experience with automation tools including PowerShell, Ansible, Python, JSON, and shell scripting
- Skilled in using monitoring and ITSM tools (e.g., SolarWinds, ServiceNow)
