About the role
- Establish clear quality procedures and standards and set measurable quality objectives that align with MMIS goals.
- Establish an MMIS Quality Management Systems across MMIS and processes.
- Establish Annual Performance Audits and Inspections to ensure compliance with QMS.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality issues.
- Establish an MMIS Quality Performance Reporting on the performance of the QMS.
- Establish QMS operational procedure to collect and analyze quality data to identify trends and issues.
- Establish an MMIS customer satisfaction continues feedback method to address complaints and incorporating customer feedback into quality improvement initiatives.
- Plan, monitor, test and inspect of operational controls to validate quality controls and standards meet MMIS needs.
- Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.
- Manage risk-based and process-based audits.
- Ensure that MMIS meet federal, state, and industry quality standards.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding quality issues and improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, Health Management, Information Systems or relevant field or higher education.
- Excellent communication, organization, leadership abilities, and understanding of data analysis.
- Proven prior Quality Manager experience.
- Results-driven and detail oriented.
- Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality inspections.
- Certification of Quality Control, e.g., ISO 9000 etc. is a plus.
