About the role
- provide first-level technical support to end users
- ensure timely resolution of hardware, software, and system-related issues
- maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- log and track all issues in the problem management system
- analyze recurring problems and recommend improvements
- provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in technical or customer support roles
- Strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with CalSAWS or similar systems is a plus
